The inspiration of a work that gives these unique compositions
The goal: To create a visual universe that introduces Lu Wenyu’s architectural work in a sensitive and immersive way, while establishing a strong and coherent identity for the museum.
The challenge: Translate the complexity and subtlety of Lu Wenyu’s architecture into graphic compositions, combining depth, clarity, and artistic expression, while ensuring both the exhibition visuals and the museum identity remain readable and impactful.
Idea: I drew inspiration from one of Lu Wenyu’s key works, the Xiangshan Campus at the China Academy of Art, to build layered compositions that evoke depth and perspective. The poster and brochure reflect the natural, organic, and poetic quality of her architecture, inviting the audience to dive into her world through a visual language that mirrors the essence of her work.
